I think spirituality cannot be explained, it is something to be experienced. For me it is a connection. A connection from the deepest part of the subconscious.

I’ve been blessed to have experienced this connection with my family and friends – sharing my life with them makes me a stronger and happier person. A good support system creates positive vibes. Even the short term connections I consider adventures to be treasured for a lifetime.

I have also been lucky to have found this deep connection with my work. Having always been a health enthusiast, Pure happened to me by chance. It started with making vegan juices for myself, then supplying to some of my friends and before I knew it, Pure just happened to me! Almost like an unplanned baby, I wasn’t sure if I was cut out for the task. Health and Fitness weren’t even trending words at the time. But my passion, connection and love for wanting to spread the simple joy of a healthier lifestyle kept me going.

Pure is such a major part of my life that I feel it defines me as much as I define it. More than entrepreneurial, it pushes me to make decisions from the heart. It nudges me to make valuable, deeper connections with my Clients. It makes me realise every day that it’s not money but love, appreciation and learning that makes the world go round.

Through such strong connections, we actually become aware of the Spirit. By Spirit I mean the driving force, the motivation, the reason behind everything we do. Being aware of this energy for me is being spiritual.
